ARD Capital Partners ("ARD Capital Partners", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. For the purposes of the GDPR, ARD Capital Management B.V., Chamber of Commerce (KvK) No. 99265540, registered office at Van Baerlestraat 3-2, 1071 AL Amsterdam, the Netherlands is the data controller responsible for your personal data. Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact details you provide to us, such as your name, email address and phone number, when you fill in a contact form, request an investor brochure or fund fact sheet, register for an event (such as our São Paulo business trip), or subscribe to updates;
  • The content of any correspondence you send us directly;
  • Technical and usage data collected automatically when you visit our website, such as your IP address, browser type and device information, pages viewed and referral source, typically via cookies and analytics tools (see our Cookie Policy);
  • Information you provide if you apply to work with us or request to become a partner.

We use your personal data to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and provide the materials you have requested (e.g. fund fact sheets, investor brochures);
  • Manage and administer our relationship with investors, partners and business contacts;
  • Send you updates, newsletters or event invitations you have opted in to receive;

  • Comply with our legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.

We rely on your consent, the steps necessary to respond to your request prior to entering into a relationship with you, and our legitimate business interests as the legal bases for this processing.

Some of the service providers referred to above may process personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including in the United States. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

  • Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your local supervisory authority.

If you believe our processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or the place of the alleged infringement. In the Netherlands, this is the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page together with a revised "last updated" date.

Our website and services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at info@ardcapitalpartners.com and we will take appropriate steps to remove that information.
