Arthur van Neerijnen brings over 20 years of experience in real estate development, specializing in mixed-use and residential projects in the Netherlands and Central America. As a co-founder of LUNEE Vastgoed, Arthur has overseen the planning, financing, and execution of projects valued at over €500 million. His expertise includes structuring real estate investment vehicles, navigating regulatory frameworks, and delivering projects aligned with market demand and investor expectations. He holds a bachelor’s and two master’s degrees in International Business and CEMS from Erasmus University Rotterdam and São Paulo Business School (FGV EAESP). With his familial ties to both Dutch and Brazilian cultures, Rob brings a unique perspective to cross-border investments. In 2019, Rob co-founded Wicked Wood Games in Rotterdam, which has since become Europe’s largest producer and distributor of cornhole games. In 2020, he co-launched Clarion Capital Fund, focusing on identifying and structuring investments. By 2023, Rob expanded his expertise into facilitating Dutch investments in the Brazilian real estate market, leveraging his deep understanding of local business practices and market dynamics. As an entrepreneur, Cyro founded FORQUE, a food and beverage service provider, and WORQUE, a staffing agency that supplied personnel for large-scale venues like the Johan Cruijff Arena. These ventures demonstrated Cyro’s ability to manage complex operations with precision. In 2023, Cyro transitioned into real estate investments, where he began facilitating Dutch investor participation in Brazil’s property market. Henry Madden has over 20 years of experience in real estate and business development, with a focus on Brazil and international markets. As Co-Founder of Prolifico, he leads strategic initiatives including site selection, acquisitions, and operations. Previously, he co-founded Dehouche, an award-winning luxury travel and real estate firm, and Dehouche Land, which sourced major property deals with UBS Pactual. Earlier at UBS, Henry held global roles across New York, Asia, Zurich, and São Paulo, leading trading strategies that positioned UBS as a market leader in FX. He holds a BA (Hons) in Law and Accounting from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne. His global experience and real estate expertise make him a key advisor to ARD Capital Partners.
